Please note, in order to be eligible for the reduced Low-Middle GDP fee, you must be a current resident in one of the countries listed in the following link:  https://data.worldbank.org/income-level/low-and-middle-income?view=chart (nationality or country of origin is not a factor to obtain this discount)

In case of opting for the reduced fee for students from middle and low income countries, the interested participant (always under 30 years old) must send proof of enrolment in the academic year 2022/2023 in undergraduate, master or doctorate studies at an official university and a document accrediting his/her date of birth to emfa.madrid.2023@gmail.com after making the registration.

Failure to comply with the criteria established for these two types of fees will lead to the cancellation of the registration and the refund of the amount paid (after deducting the cancellation fees).

(*) Supporting documentation may be requested.

Except for the online delegates, registration fees include coffees and lunches during the 28th and 29th of September, conference documentation, conference proceedings book (digital format) and certificate of attendance (digital format).

All online delegates will receive the conference proceedings book (digital format) and certificate of attendance (digital format).

Those registering as a student (under 28) must prove that they are enrolled in official undergraduate, master’s or doctoral studies during the 2022/2023.

FACE-TO-FACE PLACES LIMITED TO 150

Due to the available space at the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences of Madrid is limited (100 places at the conference venue) and the high demand recived, the congress organization have decided to expand the attendance capacity for this international event adding two extra rooms, connected to each other, each with capacity for 25 participants.

The members of EMFA (one place for member) and the congress speakers who are presenting their scientific papers (maximum 2 authors per paper) will have priority to attend at the main room. The remaining places will be distributed by inscription order.

Attendees of the adjoining rooms will follow the oral presentations through the screens provided for this purpose. They will be able to make questions at the discussion time and will participate in the same spaces such as the other participants during the posters, science photography sessions, as well as in the workshops.

Once the final program with the accepted papers has been published, we will send you an e-mail indicating the room in which you have been assigned a seat.
